The Post-Run-Fun Events will last from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM!
Family Hot Dog Picnic:
Please join us for a family picnic after the run! Admission to the picnic is free for all race/walk participants and a $2
donation is requested for additional family members and friends. Hot dogs, lemonade, side items and
desserts will be provided, so come hungry!!
Charity Raffle:
The Heart of Texas Feral Friends will have a Feral Cat Fundraiser Raffle in conjunction with the 2008 Bow-Wow
Meow River Run 6K & 1-Mile Fun Run/Pet Walk. Tickets are $5 each or 3 tickets for $10. All proceeds will benefit
the ABC Clinic's Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) Program. Each raffle item or "raffle bundle" will have a value of at least
$50. For more information on specific raffle items, or to find a location selling raffle tickets (starting around Aug. 15),

Dog Wash:
Rubba-dub-dub and a splash in the tub! The Dogtopia staff will be offering a dog wash from 12:00-2:00 PM. Owners
can bring their dogs over for a bath, while they enjoying both food and games at the picnic. A $10 per dog donation is
suggested and dogs must be on a leash and current on rabies vaccinations. Remember, regularly bathing your dog
leads to a happier, healthier pet!
Waco Humane Society Adopt-A-Dog:
The Waco Humane Society will have Adoption Dogs being walked by volunteers in the Pet Walk. The dogs will wear
"Adopt Me" doggie vests. You are invited to meet these lovable pooches after the Pet Walk. Dog adoption fee is $90
and includes the cost of spay/neuter plus vaccinations. Or consider becoming a Foster Partent!
